A smile
that takes my breath

Away
bringing me far into the woods,
far deep into woods,
rushing,
pushing through the thick vegetation;
leaves & branches,
skipping over the buttress roots,
out of the woods,
into to the open

Air
Cool air
brushing against my skin,
With little strands of short hair
standing up and
picking up my pace,
I

Run
up the hill,
up the mountains,
reaching for the skies
Oh I wish I could fly!

In that instant
when you said, "hi."
with the same smile
that I would run a hundred miles
to see

Your smile
that no one can ever take away
with them far into the woods,
far deep into the woods
wouldn't rush or push through the thick vegetation;
leaves & branches,
neither would they skip over the buttress roots
out of the woods
into the open

Air
With Cool air
picking up pace
up the hill,
up the mountains,
the highest, highest, HIGHEST mountains ...

Your smile

just for a moment,

My hiding place

The morning is early
Though skies are not bright
Sit & watch carefully
The sunbeams of morning's glory

Awaken my soul
