Reborn

What can I do
In times so trying
when all my chances are slipping away
when this heart is dying

Fears clinging on to me, pulling me down
But a love above all, I cannot fathom
Offering to pull me up and restore me within
A woman like me, could be without sin

Into the fire,
in flames be gone!
without yet full satisfaction
Before I'm fully torn

Here lies infront of me a Savior
From Heaven He came,
when evening fades,
at dawn.
He reigns.

Out from the gutters I'll be
For God has heard my plea
No more lies nor any misery
For the Lord, my God, my all,
will be with me.

Forward

The heavy weight beating down my chest
A strongest wave at its best
Whether it's real or just a test
I musn't stop, NEVER during a rest

Foggy clouds warming the air
Ground heating up, like it just don't care
Devoured by the race carried by the wind,
Fall down, get up, then get movin'

No time to waste
We must make haste
To be daring to face
The barriers in the race

Remember who you were
When the best thing, to you, occur
That you may humble yourself
And progress even further.

I know it's a little late to say this, but yup. ZoWEE has retired from posting in this blog.. and just wanna say it's officially just me posting poems in this blog. Courage

Unsure,
A little afraid
Don't know which path to take
Or what's all this for

A little stumble,
A give and take,
For what have I left
that's not already Yours?

Take me to the Moon and the Stars,
the Sea and the River,
with Strength You give me
& Wisdom I conquer

Take me through the crowd
of ignorant people
And those whose hearts yearn
For a Savior

Bring me to where it all began
Raise me up once again
Breathe into me life as you did before
Out Your love for me, You pour

Open my eyes
to help me see
Your people rise
And where I should be

And help me reach out
Like those whom I saw
Let me exclaim, let me shout
And yearn for a Savior once more

Then hear me now, O Lord God,
what Your child seeks of You
My trust in You, firm and strong,
I pray, that You'd bring me through.
